Sarah Holst’s sewing journey began 20 years ago when her husband bought her a sewing machine from eBay so she could make clothes and bags, but quilting didn’t take hold yet. Fast forward to 2017 and after knitting for 10 years, she felt drawn back to sewing. With a new sewing machine in hand, she made her first quilt and hasn’t looked back. She has a love of modern patterns with bright colors. As the owner of Sarah Made, she now operates an online fabric shop and writes patterns, all while homeschooling her kids!
