Hexie Potholder Supplies
- Fabric - Important! Because they’ll be coming into contact with hot materials, all fabrics should be 100% cotton.
Hexies: 1/8 yd. each of 3 fabrics (This is a great opportunity to use up leftover jelly-roll strips! You need three WOF strips to make two potholders.)
Binding: 1/4 yd. - 3/8 yd. (or 2 - 12" squares) each of 100% cotton batting, Insul-Bright Insulating Thermal Lining, and cotton backing fabric
- Cutting mat, rotary cutter, and quilting ruler
- Iron and ironing board
- 60-degree triangle ruler or the Hexie Potholders triangle template found on page 5 of the pattern
- Basic sewing and quilting supplies
- Tailor's clapper (optional)
