Where is my pattern download?
If you’ve purchased a downloadable PDF quilt pattern from us and are unable to find a download link in your email, we recommend checking your spam, junk, or promotions folders. If you have an account on our website and were logged in during checkout, you can also access your pattern there at any time. If you do not find it in any of these places, email us at [email protected].
Can I get a refund?
If you have made a duplicate pattern purchase, we can offer you a different pattern of equal value for 60 days after your purchase. Please contact us if you have accidentally purchased a pattern more than one time and let us know which replacement pattern you would like. Include your order number and the email address used when making your purchase.
Refunds are not provided on digital products since there is no way for a digital item to be returned to us.
If you are not satisfied with your quilt pattern or have trouble understanding the instructions, we will do everything we can to help. You can email us at [email protected] for a response within 48 hours or post in the Suzy Quilts Patterns Facebook group for a faster response from group members.
