Sewing Inspiration with Evolve Fabric
Hello and welcome to all things Evolve! Earlier on the blog I wrote about the inspiration for my third fabric collection with Art Gallery Fabrics, so today I want to show you some beautiful sewing projects to spark your creativity!
Evolve is a continuation of my first print collection, Duval, where 1960s New York menswear meets the allure of Key West. Embrace this fresh and lively collection as new colors and motifs emerge and evolve! These two collections create a seamless harmony of timeless fabric spanning both spring and fall themes. My Signature Solids collection pulls everything together with 20 fantastic solid fabrics featuring the same colors.

I was just wondering how Evolve would look in some of my favorite SQ patterns, thank you for sharing these! I know a lot of your work has been done in solids so I’ve had a difficult time deciding how to use prints in your patterns.. this is VERY helpful to my visual brain! I’d love to see some information about choosing prints for a quilt- how to make them look as beautiful as you ladies do rather than the “scrappy” look others enjoy- that’s not necessarily what I am looking for. I’d like to learn how to use a print almost like a solid, so it flows smoothly, if that makes sense. 🙂 love your site! It’s been a tremendous help to learning about quilting!
